The thread you reported is fine where it is. It is not a game, but a thread about wordplay and the wordplay is related to Runescape.

Additionally, it was not gravebumped. The author actively maintains that thread. Even if it had been gravebumped, gravebumping is allowed under the current new temporary rules.
