@ Minta maaf - There is no way for F Mods to verify who is allowed to accept applications on that thread. There is a list of ranks in the opening posts, but your name isn't showing on that list either.
Also as, it's their first post on the thread, a polite post from a listed rank, stating that as they are neither a member nor rank in the fc, they are not authorized to accept applications, should be sufficient to encourage them to stop. If the posts continue after that, then you can return here to request F Mod intervention in the situation.
