The new rules are quite relaxed Dong. If this were last week it would have been a different story. However under the current forum rules they are both fine to remain.

Bestpretzle: No p-mods can't read hidden posts. So not sure what exactly you're referencing with that comment. Although reviewing the post you mentioned. Under the new forum guidelines those posts would be allowed as they aren't actually being offensive. Welcome to the less restrictive forums...

@ Slave Zero - The current limit in the Forum Specific Rules is 4 threads. However, we are waiting for Jagex to determine if and how the Forum Specific Rules for the various forums will be affected by the trial of the New RSOF Rules . There is no need for moderator action on those threads until that determination is done.

We are in the process of updating the FSRs
When the updated FSR's come out, if the limit of 4 threads is still in place, we shall close those up and request the user to stick to one thread. :)
