@ Dr Sid PhD - It's possible that the title is meant as you interpreted it. It might also be his way of saying that the item will be going to a 'good home', a player that plans to hang on to it, in order to attract a different type of seller. It is not making any accusation against specific users, and is not rule breaking, under either the old rules or the new rules currently being trialed. Therefore no moderator action is needed.
