I see that you had a thread locked in the Community Led Account Help Forum, but that it was locked and your first post hidden, because the IP and location information you included there is information you should only be providing to Jagex in your account appeal, and it should not be posted on the public forums.

I understand your frustration, but the key to account recovery is providing Customer Support with all the information about your account that you can, with the older the information, the better, to prove that you are the creator & owner of the account. If the appeal is instantly getting denied, then you are not providing enough information. Make sure that you do not leave any questions blank. An answer of "unknown" or "not applicable" is better than leaving a blank. See the Denied password resets article in the Support Centre for details on the information that is needed.

If you still have questions, or need additional assistance, you may make another thread in the Community Led Account Help Forum , but without including information that someone else could use to try to recover your account.
