This is Forum Help where we can help with forum related issues. Getting scammed by someone in game there isn't anything we can do to help you unfortunately. You'd need to report them in game and have Jagex investigate it. This is one of those times it may get chalked up to a learning experience as you willingly traded your gold for nothing in return but a promise. A good rule to live by is if something sounds too good to be true it probably is.

The first needs to be locked by a J-mod if it's to be locked at all. I've raised the concern to the powers that be. As there is more than just idle spam in the works of that thread.

As to the second thread. There really isn't any constructive feedback to be had. I've had locked it for innuendo in a heartbeat. As it's also spam.
