Rxbin Hood - As far as I'm aware, the forum code on the vex is meant to link to the private clan forums, which have a different QFC system, rather than to a RSOF thread.

What you may want to look into doing is creating a thread in your clan's private forums, making it public/sticky (so it doesn't get hit by the 2 week pruning feature on those forums) and place information leading to your RSOF thread there. You can then use the Thread ID for that thread from your clan's forum on your vex ingame.
