I appreciate that you are seeking to alert Jagex about this problem but posting a message here will not bring the outcome you seek.

One thing you could have done was to report the player in-game, as he/she was directing you to off-site content. Similarly, you can alert Jagex to the dodgy website by sending an email to
[email protected]
