I took a look at the thread that you posted; firstly, it looks like it's in the off-topic forum, which is the forum indeed meant for such discussions.
I also noticed that the article is some 300 or so words, which is very short.
The OP has posted the article to generate discussion, and he or she has also given proper citation in mentioning that the article was originally published in Nature: International Weekly Journal of Science. By the post stamps, it looks like the OP had that there before your FH report here.
Thanks for passing that along, though. We'll keep an eye on things. Certainly, posting other website content for no reason isn't something encouraged, but in the case of generating legitimately discussion in the forum meant specifically for this, it's a non-issue.
