Lanel : There are some odd suggestions and posts there for sure, but I do believe that is to be expected and that Jagex remains interested in having it open. I cannot spot anything directly against the rules -- some (several) off-topic and silly posts is about it. Sorry to hear you have had issues with Bonds. However, there is very little that can be done about this on the forums. This thread is mainly for reporting rule breaking on the forums and requesting some maintenance on your own thread such as title changes or a request to move your thread to a different forum.

The situation you describe is a little odd? Are you sure the bonds are not in your Bonds pouch? That's where they usually go and you can withdraw from there.

If they are not there, I would suggest contacting the Billing team so that they can properly assist you with the issue you are experiencing. This page may help: Unable to find RuneScape Bonds :)

@ First Legion - Forum Moderators, who are the ones responding to reports on this thread, have no access to other player's account records. Only J Mods have that access. So, we are not able to tell you what has been happening in regards to your account.

Jagex would not remove items from your account without applying an offense to your account. If Jagex did take action against your account, then that would be shown in your Account Status (Main Menu > Account > Account Settings > Account Status). That is also where you can appeal the offense, provided the offense is one that allows for an appeal.

If there are no recent offenses against your account, then the only other possibility is that your account is not secure, and you should secure it right away, and take advantage of all the security features that Jagex offers. Securing your computer and account
