No harming promoting Discord servers in the thread while the server itself is still active.
The OP has also allowed involved user to bump his thread through this service .
This should not be classified as spamming unless it is done in intervals of, say 10 minutes. Most of the bumps here are done every 1-2 days. This would be the same case for most clan recruitment threads.
Promoting Discord servers do not necessarily translate to promoting the use of private information. While sharing of information in the forums or the game directly is not allowed, care must be taken in Discord as the rules cannot apply there (unless they have their internal rules).
I'm not at my best state, but hope this explains.
