@ Draco Burnz - The post you reported as "flamebaiting" was not. It was your post on that thread that was flamebaiting, and the user you reported took your bait. Please do not troll or bait players into making personal attacks and then report those replies here. Best to make sure that your own posts are on topic and not trolling.

Dong U Dead - An item not being purchased at the price listed as the Grand Exchange median price isn't a scam.

Trade in the game is player driven - that is, a player is welcome to trade an item at whatever price they would like. If a player wants to trade a bronze sword, for example, for 100k, that isn't a scam. The player is unlikely to find someone who will participate in that trade, but it isn't a scam.

The same is true here with regards to the GE. As mentioned above, the GE lists the median price for the item being traded; this is updated daily based on the trade activity for that item. If no trades are occurring, then the item's price does not change.

If a player wishes to trade a certain item through the Grand Exchange at a price higher than the Grand Exchange median price, that is not a scam. If an item is only being bought at a price much higher than the Grand Exchange median price, that likely means it is an extremely low-volume item in terms of being sold on the GE and that it may be a better idea to search for other ways to obtain this item ingame. An item being sold at a price much different than the Grand Exchange's median price however, is not a scam, and there is no way or need to alert Jagex to these items.
