@ Torchic - That thread is both feedback on current content as well as a suggestion for improvement. As the OSRS J Mods have said that feedback on existing content is allowed in the OSRS General Forum, the thread is fine where it is.

@ LP Aestrayos - As shown on the 2nd post, the last time it was updated was 03-Dec-2015.

On the regular forums there isn't a way to add links to any place off-site. The RS3 clans have an on site private forums and they can post it there. As to your clans link it's information that would need to be shared in game for the time being.
