@Dong U Dead - sometimes the forum profile glitches and certain threads don't show up - even FMods can't see them. I spent ~10mins searching for it but didn't manage to. Do you remember when you made it and what the title was roughly? Also are you 100% sure you made it and didn't post in someone else's thread?

That is the correct place for asking about your problem although, again, the players responding to you are not Jagex employees so they can only leave you advice regarding the best course to take. For future reference, when you saw the extra payment, you should have canceled your recurring subscription, then messaged Jagex and requested a refund. This would have been a quick process. As you can see, disputing the payment through your bank was not the best way to solve the problem.
