As already pointed out, there are no rules prohibiting anybody from posting 'bump' on their thread providing it's neither excessive nor more frequent than the 10 minute limit of the bump button.

The thread in question doesn't contain an excessive amount of bump posts that would be overthrowing the discussion or purpose of the thread itself so at the moment there's no real harm being done.
