Jagex will not provide you with those IP's, and you already know how your account got hijacked. Jagex's policy is that they will not return the items to you that the hijacker took from your account.
You can report the page to FaceBook and provide Jagex with any information you have using the instructions and the 'Report Incident' button in the 'I lost my items due to a hijacker' section of the Lost Items article in the Support Centre.
You should ensure that your computer and your registered email are both secure. See the following guides for information on doing that:

Keeping your email secure
You should also make sure that you are taking advantage of all the account security tools available, such as a Bank Pin and RuneScape Authenticator

RuneScape Authenticator
