Fat Man69a - The matter you have brought up isn't one that can be resolved via Forum Help, which is meant for reporting rule breaking that takes place on the forums.

As per the Fansite Support thread within this forum:

How do I report a fan site which isn't acting responsibly?
Please e-mail [email protected] with your concerns & the fansite URL
