jurgendanhof - Threads are only hidden when the content on them is a breach of the forum rules, which yours isn't. The typical action taken when asking for a thread to be closed is to lock the thread.

In the case of your thread, it is currently on page 42 of the forum section that it is in. As forum sections max out at 50 pages before a thread disappears completely, it isn't too far from hitting that point and falling off the forums, never to be seen again.
