Sheepstick - The moderation of specialist forum sections, such as the Premier Membership forums, are moderated only by Jagex rather than the FMod team, and as such isn’t something that can be resolved via a report here. Jagex has been monitoring that forum section and if they feel the thread should no longer remain there, they will remove it.

One could rationale that your comment about their ISP was baiting a reply. As long as you don't respond negatively to their comment there is nothing wrong with it, does it toe the line between the rules and breaking them. Sure it does, however that can be said about most posts on the forums.
