From the Code of Conduct , which was revised this summer:
"Though swearing is tolerated, it should never be directed at another individual or group."

The 'dare' seems to be directed at Jagex, rather than a particular player.

Also, if you feel a post needs to be removed, you should not then be quoting it in your reply, as that would mean that your post would also have to be removed.
