Accordig to the rules on player submissions as written on the site, one is to submit it in an email, and not as an attachment as the system can't proccess attachments and they will be tossed out as spam without being seen.

When player gallery competitions are open we post in the 'Events and Competitions' forum explaining how to enter. Over the last year players can submit their entries either by e-mailing [email protected] with an attachment of a .JPG, .GIF or .PNG of 2mb or lower or use the hashtag #RSPlayerGallery on social media (Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr) and we'll be able to collect them all on the final day.
Competitions are on hold for a few months. As the wiki is no longer editable we want to be able to showcase our player art somewhere and we want some time to be able to do this. When the next one is up we'll do our best to share it on social media and add it to our news posts as well as post it on the forums.
