hey, congrats on the job at jagex :) i have a question, if you could answer it. i'm almost 14, and im thinking about going through school for things like game coding, and i was wondering when i'm done, how do i apply for a position at jagex?

You'd have to read about the available positions on the official corporate site. I suggest reading the key duties and requirements so you can start preparing.
It may sound too early to do so, but it's always nice to have a plan for the future. :P
