hey uhm im onnly on here cause my main got banned i went away for a month not banned hacked anyways took a summer vactatyion for a month and got back and somoene haacked him ive eben trying to get him back for five days now and its not working ive got like 100% correct info anyways im on here since it was started by a mod and i need some help since the customer support got taken out and its all autmated or whatever tis really hard to get my acc back like i was payin with my moms cred card till she died then sms then dad card and ect ect point being im not sure exactly whitch payment method it is and when the date was i started, but all my passes are correct explain everything in the other section ect ect but since its automated its a lil ***** and wont work please help me get my acc back, idk if you can pm or not in forums but if a mod could call me? ik its against rules to put out my personal info but its super important ive been playing this game for five years and really nerdy but ive spent a legit 1 year of time playing and its part of my life and i want my acc back soo if a mod could please call me ***-***-**** i would be so apperciated for some help please...

ive even tried to tell in the other about my address checking the info and ip and see that i match up with all of it ect, but since its a cp automatded thing it doesnt understand that...so its pointless but if theyed do that check the address i put in there ect theyd understand that im right...im currently at a friends out of state but i gave them all the facts about where i live and told them that im currently out of state for five more days i just want my acc back please help me and mod clarrisoo, i would love to see you in game, and have a talk with you i really need help im not gonna give up till i get my account back i really want it its a part of my life it really is in a sad way please help

hiii , thank you for introducing yourself, but now adays , runescape has been really irritating because there are lots of botters and what i'm trying to say is for jagex to focus on botters and ban them permenantely because if that doesn't happen then i might just quit this game cause firstly they're ruining the economy, secondly, numbers of botters are getting higher and believe it or not about half of the runescape population are botters and it should stop, and finally all i wanted to say in a very serious urgent message to Jagex is ''please catch these botters and reset their skills or ban them because it's just increasing and it's making me and everyone having a horrid time whilst trying to enjoy ourselves, so as you owners of the game , please stop them''
