basically, it's not something we would consider and might be considered encouraging rule breaking. Not something which would get you in trouble, but perhaps something kept off of the forums.
Cool Julio - The mute lasts until 11:30AM today, it's not a year long mute (the offence will expire in 1 year though - as in, no longer contributes to your mute pillar). I wouldn't consider your posts directly manipulation but I would say they weren't useful and could be considered disruptive.
