Theweirdguy, this thread really isn't for this sort of thing, as its meant for reporting rulebreaking which takes place on the forums.

In order for Jagex to be able to take action against a player for scamming, there really does have to be a report sent in through the game. Reports submitted ingame capture information about the scam, appropriate chat and trade evidence, and other information that Jagex may need in order to investigate.

You may be able to provide additional details to Jagex following the procedure on the Lost Items page in the Support Centre.
