Sorry to hear that your account was banned. Unfotunately, as Apple correctly stated earlier, Forum Moderators are unable to provide support for bans on this thread. This thread is for reporting rule breaking on the forums. While I understand you are frustrated, only Jagex Moderators (gold crown with gold borders) are able to review and lift bans.

However, please keep in mind that before a permanent ban is issued, it is done so only if there is 100% certainty that macroing took place. This article should answer your questions in regards to bans: My Account is banned .

Apologies for not being able to assist more with the matter, but this is a private issue between yourself and Jagex. There is not much that can be done about this on the forums.
