Nuld - As this is an ingame issue and not one that has extended to the point where rulebreaking posts are being made on the forums, any rulebreaking really needs to be reported ingame, as that captures information specific to the incidents for Jagex to look into. Its not something we can really pass on from here.

It's ok for the OP to bump that thread - 4 weeks isn't that old and the topic/problem is ongoing... plus that forum section isn't busy enough recently to worry about the occasional bump.
