@ Hawk 2U -The Recruitment – Under 100 Combat Forum is for clans that have a minimum combat level requirement in order to join. As your clan does not have that requirement, the Recruitment - Social & Community Clans Forum is the better fit for your clan. :)

Jagex can only contact authorities if they have in-game evidence of a potential threat. While your concern is understandable, that is not enough for them to go to the authorities.

You'll just have to trust that her friends and family in real life will contact the authorities, should the situation warrant it.

You stated that a few of you have ways to contact outside of the game, so I suggest that you use those ways to report your concerns to the proper authorities.
