I would surmise that from the name of the person in question some of your friendschat may be inadvertently entering into that persons friendschat by mistake seeing as their name is your chats name in the opposite order.
Currently there isn't anything to be done here on the forums as their just asking to ensure members of your friendschat don't enter theirs by mistake seems a reasonable request in all honesty. If they however become a nuisance on your recruitment thread we can revisit the situation. However currently this looks like something that can easily be rectified by having a pow wow in game.
