It is unfortunately a very tough situation to properly deal seeing how it's almost entirely out of ours and Jagex' hands. It's very hard to control a third-party's in-game doings, especially when they seemingly use bots to advertise. It is very unfortunate that they are targeting your thread, but beyond reporting the advertisers in-game and awaiting Jagex' legal time to address the phishing site in question, there's very little we can do. I understand this isn't the response you were looking for, but it of course goes without saying that we'll help you remove the spam posts which do appear.
