He was letting you know the Clan wasn't for him as it wasn't active enough.

I know he is just letting us know he doesn't want to join. However what he posted is untrue and it can be considered derogatory because it is berating our clan. He could of simply not posted at all or just revoked his application, there is no need for him to leave a negative comment about our clan, especially when it isn't true. So I ask that you please reconsider removing it as it is damaging to our clan image and could put off potential recruits by leading them to believe something that isn't true.

The benchmark for clan inactivity is different for all players. One end of players may accept 4-5 players online as active, but the other end won't find the same for 40+ players.

All clans started out with a single player, if not a few of their friends, then slowly grows into strong player bases. There will come times when players will find that their desired clan is not the best for them. This is all natural. Taking this as a personal attack would not do good for you and/or the clan. Just do your best and keep on recruiting.

No action will be taken though.
