Minxit - Holding a hide and seek event is within the rules, so you are fine with that aspect of your plan.

With this said, though, rather than give away a membership card what I would recommend is to turn the membership from the gamecard into bonds, and give the bonds away instead. Going this route ensures the player gets their reward instead of a gamecard code that might not work (in the case of the card not being activated, etc).
