Don't worry about the ,jar file. Java needs them.
It's the files with the .jar extension people send through Skype that auto runes you need to worry about.
Need more help and advice then use his thread to ask questions about the infected file.
As for your system not loading RuneScape it's running the forums fine. So it's not related to said infected file. Comprehensive Account Security
