Samora Kiba - I had a read through that thread and after reading the last page, it looks like the author has taken the advice that Chow Chow has given, which is what I would have given as well. If the OP strongly believes it is a bug, then they are welcome to submit a bug report to Jagex.

At this point, the thread does not break any forum rules, so there really isn't any need for moderator action at this time.

Nexus0rigin - The thread itself is within a fairly slow moving forum (threads on the first page easily have a lifespan of a day before they are pushed off the first page) and the author shouldn't have much trouble keeping it on the first page with normal bumps through the bump button.

With that said though, I will forward the request on to Jagex to decide if they would like it stickied or not, as stickies typically are something within their territory rather than that of the FMod team.
