If you can't suddenly log into your account I'd suggest taking a look at the account section of the website to see if the accounts been banned. As we can't do anything about it via the forums.

I can't tell from your description here what sort of issue this is.

If you think it is an issue related to your computer or the client, then creating a new thread in the Community Led Technical Support Forum would be the best way to find assistance.

If you think the issue is more likely related to your change of IP address, that would seem to be more of an account issue, and the Community Led Account Help Forum would be the best place to post for assistance.
