Remove the slamming other players that would cause the flaming and quite honestly I see no issues with it. For the most part it's decent. However the rantish sections as you put it are flamebait and wouldn't do well anywhere on the forums. So clean it up and we shouldn't have to lock it. Cause I certainly wouldn't be shifting it to another section as it doesn't abide any FSR's allowing ranting about others.
