Yes, there is a bit of lag between the updating of a title here on the forums. I see that yours has now caught up with itself.
Regarding your clan thread, it seems like it is a recruitment thread. Clan Home is not supposed to be used for recruitment. It is meant to be a place where clans can house an admin/discussion thread for things they don't want on their recruitment thread, like event planning, elections, discussion of rules & ranks, and so on. Since you have no joining requirements (related to combat or skill level), your clan fits best in the Recruitment - Social & Community Clans. I have moved it there.
