E.G.C. is also a suggestions forum. While technically the item they propose doesn't exist 99 capes do as to skilling capes. It also seems to be the only forum it technically fits in for suggestions as suggestion other was removed from the list, and future game updates is for confirmed updates by jagex that are coming. So I've left it in EGC.
