I purchased the GOLD package, but the system does not recognize that I did. Please fix. I cannot use the star in game and I do not see the forums.

Correction: I play mostly darkscape, and THAT system does not recognize that I'm a gold member -- I cannot use the badge there, it says I'm not a gold member.
