Everything will look so much nicer once you get the realtime AO up and running in the new C++ client.
AO is a life-saver for adding intricate shadowing. I guess you guys hand paint it in for most stuff, though baking it down for nice edges is always a great starting point for me personally
Will the new c++ client and engine support normal maps too?
