Also welcome to the team Mod Sky Maybe you registered a different E-mail, or maybe had a spelling error. Make sure you still have access to your E-mail account. Or try a different E-mail perhaps. But you should post in a different thread, because it's off topic, and this one isn't really gonna be to helpful. Try this Click here if that doesn't help you, make a post here . Hope it helps.
