When it says half of users it doesn't literally mean half of the 10M active ones right? Just the majority that proves we deserve it back? Thanks

Can you change the vote system? Someone just has to go onto the hiscores or forums or something and they see like a million names they can enter in if they wanna vote yes. SHouldn't there be a log-in?

Twas the week before Christmas, when all through RS
everyone was stirring, talking about the mess.
The rants were posted on the forums with frustration,
In hopes that Jagex would take 'em.
Players were nestled in there beds,
with visions of surprises ahead.
When out of the forums arouse such a clatter,
everyone sprang from bed, to see the matter.
The players found out that it was all a joke.
they all were mad, and they quit.
