Once the new PvP things came out, pking lost all purpose to me and my friends because there was no longer a point.
For example: A guy with full bandos and a godsword walks into the wilderness. Your mates and you all jump him and take him down in a multi area. You would think you would be excited to bring down someone with so much value of gear on them. But to your dismay you figure out that all the guy dropped was about 100k of loot. You can't even divide that loot amongst your mates who helped you kill the guy in the first place.
Pking with others was destroyed once the update came out. no longer was there any reason to go Pking unless it was only for yourself and by yourself.

to all the idiots saying merch clans will be huge: merch clans change the G.E price, without a G.E price, the become futile and powerless.The wilderness: they are moving EVERYTHING out of the wilderness.Agility course, corp, kbd, clan wars, clue scrolls, quests, EVERYTHING will be moved. You will only go in there because you wanted. No reason for you to go there except to pk.Bots i... I "trust" jagex can handle them.. But they do not lower my gaming quality, so i dong care about noobs who cant play without bots.

Imagine your killing a guy who has full bronze and an ags in old wildy. He has 3 (which would be 30 now) hp left, when somebody runs up and and kills him, you find bronze and he gets ags...

I have not been playing steadily for years, though I have come back for short periods of time. I have been paying for membership regardless, since I like to be able to come back and play without hassle, and I like to support Jagex. If free trade an the wildy were to come back, I just might as well. The unique economy and the wilderness were definitely the two most intriguing, risky, and rewarding aspects of this game.
I am very excited to see what the future brings.

Ep was a load of crap. It truly was.
Killing other players for me, was always about getting items that they dropped.
Not after you get a kill crossing your fingers just hoping to get something good but maybe you wouldn't depending on how lucky you are.
The luck should be IN THE FIGHT itself, NOT in the "chances of good loot".
