I was not around to face the main predicaments in this discussion. I do recall Runescape being a more, free and exclusive place. I miss the old days of Runescape, I can not say that I am not blinded by ignorance, although I can say yes to this discussion. :)

I have played Runescape since 2002. I played throughout my teenage years with many of my friends from real life as well as awesome friends that I met playing the game. Pking was my life as well as every single one of my friends thoroughly enjoyed the old wilderness as well.
Without having to say.. The return of the Original Wilderness was the cornerstone of this game for many years. I don't care who you represent or what you think. So many worlds were dedicated to players involving pking and to item sales directly correlated to pking. Runescape WAS THE BEST GAME EVER back before the contaminants such as the wilderness ditch were implemented. JAGEX, you are obviously all adults. Ask yourselves this question. Do people learn by being "babied" or learn from mistakes? E.G. Getting lured into the wild. If you are lured. You. Are. An. Idiot. Or just unlucky, and you shouldn't get lured twice. This is what used to make Runescape such an all around great game. And it has went downhill over the past 8 years, being the reason that I haven't played until the past few weeks ago.
If the Wilderness and Free Trade are being re-implemented, I as well as millions of other classic players will return, and I personally will pay membership for Runescape. If not implemented, I will return to other gaming experiences.

This will be chaos for G.E.
This is what I predict will happen:
*Wildy will mostly only be high levels unless depending on the level wildy the difference in the levels between the people that they can attack.
The following prices may go up on G.E for a while (because of high demand):
*red spider eggs
*limpwurt root
*armor
*tarromin
*Potions
*poisons
*ores and bars
etc.
When I first started playing runescape I went in to the wildy for a couple of secounds and got killed by a random mage bot. ^_^ I think their will be a big change for ruenscape.

Okay I was wondering about that. It's hard 'cause I want a little of both. Free trade would be awesome but at the same time would kill the entant on the GE. I like the idea of still at least having the "med" price in the GE. I liked old wildy, I never really pked when I had my account in 2004, so I don't really care. I want to be able to make money off green drags cause when old wildy comes the price will most likely go down from 5k to 1k like it used to. And green drags make good cash.

I must admit, its been a while since I've posted on the forums. But, this wont stop me from posting my concerns.
I have mixed feelings on the Subject. I have always wanted free trade back. Ever since it was gone. I longed for it back. But, I eventually got over not having it. And I'm fine where it is now. But knowing that this could actually come back is amazing. But, I have a few fears that this could go all wrong.
You worked for 2 years fixing what RWTres and BOTs ruined. Personally, now that I think about it. I feel like if you brought back Free Trade. We would be overwhelmed with RWTers, thus making working for your gold in-game, pointless. But being able to do the old style selling in Falador would be fun.
But, putting every thought I have into the subject. I think Free Trade is a step in the wrong direction.
But on the wildy subject, I really don't have one reason while you shouldn't bring it back. I was never one to actually PvP, so bringing it back wont hurt me any.

you wanna know what i think before and after reading this,
i think that runescape is making a bad idea putting wildy in because people that did it before where pures,zerks hybrids,ect... but what about the music tracks and stuff
people will bot again and you will be overfload :( i want better updates plus what about dragons you gotta find a new place for them because what about training the vots are mainly high lvls and pures just pkers but what about "failed accounts" like everyone calls them people that are not pures they will have no chance that is what i thought before reading and after it proves my point people want wildy because thay want to lure and kill for money not for fun of the game but free trade is awesome but try tom limit it or put 100k limit without changes of questpoints something that will help but not annoy people O_o

I personally enjoy the wildy the way it is now. But the trade limit has to go. Why not make the one vote into two seperate polls so the players have a better way of making their voice heard? All throughout this forum, many people have mixed feelings about the two things and they don't even go together. Im not a politcal genius or a business entrepreneur, but you have to keep the people happy.
