MMH seems to be responding to many of the concerns facing this vote.
But the biggest concern yet to be acknowledged is that a small number of players can manipulate this vote since only usernames are needed.
Let's say 100 players use the high-scores to enter random names. Each of those players does one name every ten seconds. That's 100 names every ten seconds, obviously.
Or 600 every minute.
Or 36,000 every hour.
Or 864,000 every day.
And that's just from 100 players partaking in the manipulation.
I understand that this is a "genuine who wants/who doesn't want" vote, but the ability to manipulate it is absurd.
This whole thing sounds more like a quick way to estimate the total number of players and/or accounts. Love Clan Wars? Join the community! Events Sundays, 7pm Eastern - World 302 Clan Wars!

I'm only going to comment on the idea about the free trading.
Now, firstly of course what you have to take into consideration is what players want and why they want it.
Free Trade - Can be wanted for bad intentions against the rules.
Yes, I'm referring to Real World Trading (RWT)
Given that Free Trade is brought back, there would be a hell of a high workload for those who review very unbalanced trades, however I believe such function to log suspicious trades could be implemented with ease. Given the proposal of the anti real world trading function could be moderated without missing out any large unbalanced trades.
Common sense would mean that the system could be avoided. This could happen when players trade in small increments of money. Unless a timer on the balance function would only reset it every so many seconds or every 15 minutes.
I.E.
Player 1 Trades: 19,000
Player 2 Trades: Nil
Player 1 Trades: 19,000
Player 2 Trades: Nil
Player 1 Trades: 19,000
Player 2 Trades: Nil
Player 1 Trades: 19,000
Player 2 Trades: Nil
That's 76K transferred in just 4 trades.
Equiv ~1.9M in 100 trades.
I don't need to elaborate any further.
My answer is NO to free trade.
The balance system works very well, and you need to treat the narrow-minded reviews/votes and list the pros/cons and the implications of those pros/cons.
Edit:
One more thing.
Hacked accounts can be cleared of items to the hackers account given free trade is brought back.

I COMPLETELY 100% support this. free trade and old wildy will bring back the excitement and motivation for me to pk again!!!
Also, i think that since the removal of free trade there are less people who play runescape, and with this update with more people playing again, it will be more competitive and fun!
Thats all i want!

I Really doesn't care that much about the Wilderness as it used to be, but i believe it should come back on a couple of worlds, getting random items when killing someone is just boring and lame, it was so much more risk before alot more fun.

As for the trade limit, i really want it back, i really miss merching in falador park and giving my own personal offers and not some offers set by Runescape and the community.

I support this alot.

I do not want to old wilderness back.
The following reasons why:
- Clue scrolls in wilderness = EXTREMELY HARD
Aren't revenants enough danger in the wilderness?
- Wilderness Stars = EXTREMELY HARD
Same as Clue scrolls.
- Green Dragons = No more people at green dragons, ONLY the pkers that can afford to stay in battle.
No old wilderness. That is why we have Bounty Hunter worlds.

Free trade - I am 50% on free trade, because sometimes you want to give something out to a friend that is more than your trade limit.
Reason not for Free Trade:
- Scammers = WAY MORE
Scammers will be happy because you have added free trade.
Scammer 1:W00T, TY Jagex. Time to scam.
Scammer 2:R0FL, I scammed you 10m! Hahaha! N00B!
Even if they are reported, there will be too many scammers to mute or ban them all.

If over 1,000,000 votes are submitted "Yes", and Runescape then sucks balls because people are ruining wilderness and so many people are scamming, then I will then forth quit Runescape.
JAGeX, why take it away in the first place? Just because you want popularity doesn't mean you have to go ___ Runescape.
