There is no need to spam "Why has nothing happened" people, large changes take time.

All changes will most likely not be made straight away, also! The old wilderness system could take some time to come back because of the placements of things such as quest start points and the like. THINK ABOUT THESE THINGS FIRST.
For those of you who are looking for free trade, it may come back instantly, or it may also take some time. Please let it run its course!

if the issue is so important, why is this thread not being moderated?
free trade is for those that do not understand your alternate accounts cannot share items. use loot share to give items to those that need it.
pvp is already in the wilderness, it has been since the pvp update. the issue is that you're voting to remove dangerous pvp from non-pvp worlds completely. if there is dengerous pvp in the pvp-worlds it should be removed and tested without a vote for the time you pvp worlders have had. pvp worlds is for those that get a warning about losing items form pvp. if i have to have the same warning to play non-pvp, it isn't non-pvp. if i have to allowed pvp in the non-pvp world wilderness, runescape is no longer the number 1 MMORPG.

I am totally with you on the time thing and oraganizing etc.
but the poll was unanimous
The referendum only confirmed the polls results.
Two months have gone by to prepare the the inevitable, which, Mod MMG stated in his videos, would be ready to go if referendum votes met or exceeded poll votes.
