There are many millions of players actively playing RuneScape. I would slander a guess at at least 5 million. 1.2 million out of that is hardly a vast majority. It's not even a majority...
But if Jagex wants to define their majority as people who regularly play RuneScape then that number prolly sums em all up.

Bare in mind that most of the people that have voted are the players who play the game persistently. Some people who used to play RS and quit after the free trade and wild was changed, may of not heard of the return.
And personally, I think they would have brought it back inevitably... well if the majority said "No" then obviously that's a different story
This referendum was not really for the people who say "But I only go in the wild to do clues or fight green dragons" - but for the people who enjoy PVP and to see if they have settled down with PVP worlds & bounty hunting. The referendum was probably to see if they'd rather keep what they got (because they may enjoy it) or bring back the old school wilderness with + no catches.
It was highly likely the majority would want it back and it was highly likely they'll bring it back.
& People who aren't bothered about the wilderness - Free trade means - free money. I can finally give a few items away to friends which will help them throughout the game.

I don't think that whole runescape is going back to free trade and the wildy back like it was.
They probaly going to say what they think about the vote and say what's going to happen.
I hope they look at what the people voted and don't ignore it.
But we'll see. 5 minutes left
