If in fact you are from the days of runescape classic, it was my understanding the runescape classic had pking EVERYWHERE,
only in the very begining. within weeks it was all in the wild.

and how would you know?
skillers make up 42 percent of the players, while questers (who have to skill to do quest) make up another 36 percent. minigamers are the third largest group, at 10 percent while pkers (8%) and merchants (4%) bring up the rear.
if jagex insults the players by telling the majority they dont matter as much as the minority, they are risking alienating them and that could lead to the same percentage quiting as pkers that quit. that could lead to 10 times as many quiting as returning. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

Joevi, you really are ignorant... The miners KNOW the RISKS. And I am there to have fun.
Plus I also used to be a Bodyguard for Miners too, I did it for 1 runite ore per run. And yes, i have died with all my armor and weapons against pk groups.

Thousands of stakers, thousands of individual pkers, and most importantly the hundreds of clans that died out and their members that quit. That whole 500k that will quit is just idiotic. If their was that many against it then half of the vote would be no moron. 1.1m and only 7% no. If their was 500k that would quit I think it would be quite different.
Goodness? All that it is, is Socialism runescape since it was implemented. It destroyed the free market system that was once RuneScape.

I never could understand what the issue with having pking and wild area was.
Bottom line: If you don't like pking, don't cross over into the wild. Its really no more difficult than that.
As for being scammed or lured into the wild, the same holds:
DON'T.....CROSS.....OVER....INTO....THE.....WILD!!!
If you do, you have risk losing your St00f!

i didn't know it was exciting to be attacked by a bunch of pking noobs while your rcing. i like to make as much as i can as fast as i can. i don't find it fun or exciting to sit there and let a clan of pkers kill me then have to go get all my pouches back etc. seems like a pointless waste of time to me. why bother rcing? your not gonna get anything done.

Well i would love the some what old trade system back were it shows how much the item cost but you are allowed to trade as much as you want and as for the wilderness, I would like to see the wild come back to but the boundries kept so new runescapers arent tricked into the wild. Yes there probably will be more botters and stuff but those are the people that the *taff would want to find and get get out. Not only botters will come back though pretty much all of the older/more experiance and runescape appreciative players.
