omfg, i swear the only thing worse than your facts is your mis quoting....
when i dont need to quote the entire thing, is a waste of space.
those two sentences were all that matter.
jagex says that there will be no interaction between two accounts used by the same person because its not fair to the new players to have to earn that million gps themself with their levels, while you get the same million in minutes (exageragtion).

what does it matter, if i put 3 hours into making 1mil on my main or 3hours into making it on my pure, i made it, i didnt buy it i made it my self, i think i should decide which account i want it on, hell ill give it to a noob in lumby if i want...
the odds are, at that level, it will take you hours to get it, just as it takes the newbe hours. if you cheat, then your main can likely make it in a single hour and give it to him, saving you several hours.
to jagex, thats cheating.
if your main is a member, and the pure f2p, then you have even a greater advantage, since its so much easier for members to make money.
