I loved the good old times, and I am glad that there has been a decision for all to have there chance to talk about the positives and negatives of bring the wilderness and free trade back.
A lot of people have missed how it was as it did bring a lot of enjoyment pking and all. But the major concern was always people scamming and botting.
I want the wilderness and free trade to come back, but then agian scammer will have to be eliminated for things to work well for all.

I think free trade was only good for experienced players. Yes, it was very very easy to get scammed in free trade. Players really had to watch what the price of items was and what price was being paid. I guess if you decide to bring free trade back, at least add commas and more colour-coding to the chat window so it's easy to see the price.

My only problem with fixed trade is the speed of updating the prices on rares. Seriously, you can't buy a partyhat even if you have the considered "street value" in cash. Frankly, I think that's the most messed up part of fixed trade.
For example, you could solve the problems on the ge by making some items fluctuate at greater amounts like 10 or 20mil a day instead of 2mil. Obviously something like pure essence is good where it's at.

All I'm saying is it sounds like you're trying to fix all the issues with fixed trade and the wilderness with one solution. True, if you did that, you might be able to concentrate on other parts of the game, but then it might create too many problems to even be worth it.



I'm going to vote for it in hopes it will work, and you'll revert back to the way it is if it doesn't.

I have been playing runescape for a very long time, and the ONLY reason I quit was due to the restricted trade and elimination of any possible way to get full benefits from killing a player. I love how Jagex is recognizing that there will always be cheaters and scammers around as long as there is a game. I totally vote for free trade and unrestricted wilderness. It brings back the exitement of the game, because, after all, it is a GAME! Just be very careful when trading and you will be fine. We all have gotten scammed once or twice (I personally have been scammed for more than 250M), but that doesn't mean free trade was the cause! I can't wait for this game to go back to the good old days, and I can't wait to play it just as much as I used to!

It shows a lot of options;
A: Jagex actually fufilled the wishes of the players
B: Jagex is prepared for what's to come.
C: Jagex pulled a cruel joke
D: Jagex is giving up on runescape, and (MAYBE) working on another project/splinter project(funorb or something new) <----Is what I believe :P
E: Jagex is going to reset or ban all existing accounts.
*: Jagex is going to reset or ban all accounts who voted for this <---- God help us all, because I voted Yes
I'd LMFAO, so hard, to see how many people quit(if this thing fails or never worked), and if it works, I'd LMFAO, to see all these rich level 3 players popping up, wearing dungeoneering stuff, paradise and hell in the same place :D , just my place.
